admission process

  • Fill the admission enquiry form

  • Appear for an Entrance Test of 1 hour for English , Maths and Science (Only for the students of Grade III onwards.)

  • Meeting with the Academic Leader.

  • Approval by the Principal.

  • Fill the admission form in office

  • Submit all the documents in the school office.

  • Pay the admission and school fees to the School Account Dept.

  • Purchase books and school bags from the school store dept.

  • Purchase the School Uniform from the school’s vendor.

  • For admission enquiry, the school campus is open to visit from Monday to Friday between 10 am. to 3 pm. Excluding national holidays

  • Students are admitted based on the age criteria decided by the department of the education.

  • Admissions are confirmed only when all the required documents and TC/ LC of the previous school are submitted to the school office and fees are paid.

School Fees Payment Policy for parents

  • The parent who will clear the total School fees including bus fees at a time, in the month of April i.e. starting of the academic year, will get the benefit of 5% discount on school tuition fees. Last date to avail discount will be 10th April. (Note: This 5% discount is not applicable for bus fees, Note books, books, Uniform fees etc.)

  • Sibling Policy: Only applicable for first two siblings. Discount applicable for first child will be 5% and for second sibling it will be 10% only if 100% school as well as bus fee payment is done by 10th April for both the children.

  • Payment for books and uniforms needs to be paid in cash at the time of purchase.

  • Students’ admission will be continued only if the last year’s fee dues are paid. Therefore, Parents will have to fill the admission continuation form every year without fail.

  • For payment made in cheque fee receipt will be provided only when your cheque gets cleared. In case the given cheque is bounced, parents will be charged Rs 500/- as a penalty and these parents will not be allowed to give cheque anymore. Please not no postdated cheques will be accepted.

  • Parents must retain the fee receipt with them because fees under dispute will be considered only when actual fee receipt is produced.

  • Parents must remember that paying fees is their responsibility. They should not wait for school to communicate, rather parents should contact school’s accounts department and pay fees in time.

  • Teacher’s are not liable to remind you for fees hence do not ask them for the remaining fee amount.

  • School fee should be paid in the following installment only. If installments are not followed 500Rs penalty will be charged for each monthly delay.
